I am planning on moving from the US to Ireland in a year. I am wondering where in Ireland I should move. I haven't been so I'm not sure. I do have it narrowed down to two cities. Dublin and Waterford City.

I am from Seattle and am wondering which place would suit me the best. I love the city and the ocean. Which makes it sound like Dublin would be a good choice. I have heard though that it is a bit too touristy and there are nicer places to live in Ireland. I don't know though. Please help, I'm open to suggestions!
