If my wife does not have a job offer from a Irish employer, she still may be able to qualify for a Work Permit Visa? I hold a GreenCard.

Anyway I read the Document, it is not talking about a Job Offer requirement,
but I read in many sites it is required.

if you hold a green card permit, your wife can apply spousal work permit. she is able to apply eventhough is not irish employer.
