Default Staying longer than three months

Hi all;

So the understanding is that if you're an EU citizen you can stay in Ireland as long as you like, but, that after three months you have to either be employed, prove you have job prospects, or prove you're not going to be a burden on the Irish state (that is, prove you have enough money to support yourself.)

Does anyone know how much money "enough money" is??

Thanks!

Do you mean 'if you're *not* an EU citizen?

EU citizens can stay as long as they like!

I mean EU citizens. If an EU citizen doesn't have a job three months after arriving, in order to stay, they have to indicate they have job prospects (such a job interview lined up) or sufficient funds with which to support themselves. According to the information I've received, anyway!
