      Double room available in quiet residential development for 2 months (from the 10th of January until the 4th of March). The room is spacious, has a double bed and a large wardrobe. The apartment is spacious and comes fully furnished with a kitchen, large living room, storage, balcony and parking. You would have your own bathroom as there are two bathrooms and you will be sharing with one Irish male. The apartment is only 2 mins away from the bus stop (37, 38, 39 and 70 buses) and 10 mins away from Ashtown train station. Shops are also a 5 to 10 minute walk away. The train and bus would get you into town in about 20 mins. Great location, just off Navan Rd. and right next to Ashtown gates of the Phoenix park. NTL TV & Broadband available 500 euro per month.
